interviewed by Reuters for an article published on July 13, 2006 entitled Generation
gaps shape workplace choices, conflicts. In
addition, Paula authored the article Leverage
Donations with a Giving Circle that was published in the June
issue of Women’s Business.
Steve Dubin of PR Works, a public relations firm
based in Kingston, Massachusetts and serving clients throughout the
United States, is happy to announce that they have expanded their services
to include a full range of website development and marketing services

Lauren Gregory of Amazing Grace Home Health
Care was interviewed by the Patriot Ledger. The article titled "South
Shore Entrepreneur: Health Care Aids Double as Medics" ran on
July 17th.
Edwin McDaid, President of South Shore Staffing recently
received the Certified Staffing Professional designation from the American
Staffing Association (ASA). The CSP™ program offers a professional
credential through completion of an in-depth, self-study course, and
an exam of labor and employment law principles and ethical practices
applicable to the staffing industry. The CSP program promotes industry-wide
competency standards through a uniform national program. The ASA represents
the U.S. staffing industry. Member companies provide temporary
help, contract labor, and permanent placement services through 15,000
offices across the nation and account for 85% of U.S. staffing industry
revenues.
Linda Merrill of Chameleon Interiors, announces the
launch of her newly revised website at http://www.chameleon-interiors.com.
Linda also announces the launch of a new service called "Your Drawing
Board". Linda's clients are given their own web page where images
and information about their specific design project are maintained.
Images of fabrics, photos of furnishings or accessories and design
sketches will be available to Linda's clients for pre-selections and
a record of what has been decided. Each design project is different,
so each project will require a different use of this page - it's whatever

It was a big month for Janet LaBerge of Dirty Deeds Done Cheap. Janet was
interviewed by the Patriot Ledger; the article ran on Monday, August

And finally, Janet purchased a big step van (from Craig’s List)
that, according to Janet "will be a rolling billboard for my company,
will help me do bigger jobs and will keep everything dry when it rains
and snows!"
Veva Johnson of Professional Bookkeeping Services, Inc. was
interviewed recently by the Patriot Ledger on the bookkeeping industry.
The article is scheduled to appear in the Saturday pullout section called "WORKFORCE
The Job Source South of Boston". Veva asked how the Ledger had
heard about her and they said they saw her in the SSWBN’s website.
Beth Sobiloff, of Birchwood Enterprises is delighted
to announce that she has been elected the new President of the Hanover
Chamber of Commerce. She will serve for the next year.
Ok, if you insist, I’ll gush…Jayne Pelosi of
Renaissance Interior Design is thrilled to announce that has
has been invited to serve as a "Celebrity Guru" on the
web site LifeTips.com. Lifetips.com is a web site that offers expert
tips and savvy advice in all aspects of life, from love and family
to business and medicine. As a "Celebrity Guru", Jayne
