Coach Joan Collins' hugely successful workshop, Attract
What Is Good Into Your Life, continues to win rave reviews all
over the South Shore. After a summer respite Joan will be offering
the workshop again beginning September 19th in Duxbury and September
12th at Stonehill College. Many alumni from the workshop continue on
as private coaching groups. Here are a few comments from participants: "This
is a safe place to clear out negative emotions and relationships in
order to make room for good things." "I am a better person
because I took this workshop." "I've uncovered my values
and my passion, and I'm on my way." "I now know what it means
to be in integrity with myself." Joan also reports that she has
held workshops for non-profit groups, as a fundraiser, and for friends
who want to participate together. She is also available as a speaker
for group functions.
Helen Marrone is pleased to announce that she was
just promoted to District Manager with Arbonne International Pure

themselves!
Ann Marie Williams, of Atmosphere Consulting recently "organized" a
group of clients, fellow professional organizers and friends for a build
day
with South Shore Habitat for Humanity's womenBuild project in Brockton.
The team worked along with future homeowner, Andrea Enos on various
aspects of the home. The organizers of course made sure that the
supply
trailer was re-organized for maximum efficiency!
In September of this year Gail Madjzoub of Integra Professional
Coaching will be traveling to the UK to give
a "Capacity Building" workshop for communities in Birmingham,
England. There is a great need in big cities for training in community
building through improving communication skills, setting appropriate
personal and professional boundaries and improving interpersonal relations. Integra
has been asked to do just that in England's second largest city and
Gail looks forward to the challenge!

Public Library in Dennisport in July. She will be discussing her journey

Ann
Marie Williams of Atmosphere Consulting would like to thank Lynda
Chuckran of Welch Healthcare for introducing her to the Network and introducing
her to key members. Ann Marie has done a lot of networking and
belongs to other organizations but SSWBN is the best!
Jayne Pelosi of Renaissance Interior Design wants to thank new
member Ellie Pechet of Phoenix Rising Counseling for helping
her with her "strange version" of stage freight. "Once I hit the
stage, I am relaxed and in the flow, but it is in the preparation of a talk where
I usually really put a tremendous amount of pressure on myself to be perfect.
Through the Yuen Method, Ellie was miraculously able to shift my energy so I
feel nothing but confidence and calm as I prepare for my upcoming Las Vegas presentation.
People must try this out; she is truly a healer."
Donna Mucci of the SSWBN Network office would like to thank Cathy
Manning, Elizabeth Pineault and Veva Johnson for their guidance and support of her decision
to return to school in the Human Services field. "The members of
this network have always been so supportive! Their encouragement is heart-warming
and I look forward to my journey!"
Cheryl Arlanson Russo, Attorney at Law would like to thank Gretje
Ferguson of Gretje Ferguson Photography and Lori
Johnson of Your Best Image for creating
her wonderful professional portrait. Lori was terrific with her wardrobe
selections and make-up application, and she stayed throughout the entire shoot
to make suggestions. Prior to the shoot, Lori and Gretje both talked with
Cheryl to get to know her as a subject and to learn from Cheryl what image she
wanted to convey through her portrait. Cheryl reports: "Throughout
the shoot I enjoyed their good humor and they made me feel like a supermodel
[thanks for the ego boost!]. Gretje's photography speaks for itself--top
notch service and quality! If you are considering getting a portrait done,
I highly recommend the services of Lori and Gretje--they are a dynamic duo with
truly great results!"
Cheryl would also like to thank Ginny Walker of EmbroidMe. When Ginny says "one
item or a thousand" she really means it! She helped Cheryl with a
rush order on monogramming a gift for her niece. Cheryl says: "I
know my one item was very small, but Ginny and her staff treated me like I was
their most important customer, and helped me with choosing just the right font
and thread color to make my monogrammed gift perfect. Ginny's customer
service was tremendous, and I recommend EmbroidMe for that one special item or
many!"
Veva Johnson, Professional Bookkeeping Services, Inc. wants to thank Teresa
Anderson, Mayflower Cleanpro, Inc. "My rugs have been restored to looking like new
I know they use environmentally friendly cleaning solutions which makes me feel
good to know that I'm not harming the Earth these rugs are 10 years old have
come back to life. Their process brought back the colors that are in the
rugs so I am enjoying them all over again and it makes my house 200% nicer as
I "think" I just did my spring cleaning. A very uplifting experience
and I will use them again in the future. Thank you, Teresa."
And, I would like to thank some folks myself! Thanks to Susannah
Brown, Attorney at Law, for hiring me to come up with her whole new company look. Check
out her new website at attorneysbrown.com, and she’s already handing out
her new business cards!
So, keep those Connections up! As they say in that other organization,
"it works if you work it!"
