Balance Work & Life - "Working, Juggling
and Letting Go"
Joan Collins, your executive and personal coach will deliver
a workshop that covers the following areas:
- Prioritizing from the inside out
- The final scene, what will they say about you? (The macro view)
- (The roles you play exercise)
- List your various roles (manager, son, mother, friend, girl scout
leader, department head) Don’t forget your relationship with
yourself too!
- The time budget. 112 waking hours, 60 hours of free time
- Priority Calendar (hand out)
- List priorities in each role for this year, month and week.
- What are your 3 absolute "musts” in each role today?
- Which roles don’t require your attention today?
- Which roles might you eliminate or postpone?
- Phases of life, goals and priorities
- Karen’s story.
- Finance committee and other volunteering
- The question to ask: Does this role or this activity lead me directly
to my end goal?
- Self-care
- Clearing the clutter from your environment and your life!
- Home systems to support the whole family.
- Family team meetings.
- Recognize the patterns that rob you of your self.

- What actions can you take immediately to get more balance into your
life?
