The Difficult Conversation

What are your difficult conversations? Talking to co- workers, clients, family members? Certain situations and players can challenge even the most experienced business woman.

Presenter, Trisha Griffin-Carty of Griffin-Carty Communications, will discuss the risks and benefits of difficult conversations and the role that emotions and history play when we communicate. She will suggest strategies for keeping the conversation on track and solution-focused.

Difficult conversations can't always be avoided, but they can be managed.

Come share and learn at this small, interactive Brown Bag Lunch.
