This workshop will provide an overview of legal issues to be addressed concerning the use of e-mail for marketing purposes. Specifically, what business needs to know in light of new legislation to minimize their exposure to liability and run a legal e-mail marketing campaign.

Our presenter, Maria Recalde is a Partner at Sheehan Phinney Bass & Green, P.A. Maria lectures and writes
regularly on the topics of intellectual property, Internet, e-commerce, electronic communications and related topics and has been a member and partner to the South Shore Women's Business Network for 2 years.
